In 2017, Generali Properties entrusted architect Werner Tscholl with the transformation of a former farmhouse into a modern office complex for Mondadori, in the same area where architect Oscar Niemeyer had designed the publisher’s futuristic headquarters years earlier.

The project combines the restoration of the farmhouse’s historic structure with the addition of new lateral buildings, for a total surface area of 4,500 square meters.

A strategic, easily-accessible location

Located in the Gateway Campus of Segrate, the prestigious complex housing Palazzo Niemeyer, the headquarters of Mondadori, Cascina Tregarezzo is situated in an area chosen by major companies for its high-quality environment and convenient connections.

Cascina Tregarezzo is easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the Tangenziale Est, the A51 Highway, and Linate Airport.

It is also well connected to nearby main train/metro stations via urban transport lines and a private shuttle departing from the campus.
Additionally, the future M4 metro station is expected to be built right in front of the campus entrance.
